Rochelle's career has encompassed the areas of Marketing and Advertising, Teaching and Languages, Business Planning, and Town Planning and development. Rochelle is driven to create meaningful places, that allow residents and visitors to connect with the place and find contentment in their lives. Rochelle is trained in the areas of education and research, business and marketing plans and development applications across a range of development types. 


Rochelle's experience includes:
  • 6 years experience in the development industry working on a range of projects from small scale subdivision and tenancy fit outs right through to residential high-rise 
  • Research report for Infrastructure Australia looking at the provision of Infrastructure in Urban Infill Development Areas;
  • Research with Bond University looking at Pet-friendly Cities
  • Research with Griffith University looking at Urban Food Security
  • 3 years experience working with national clients on national marketing and advertising campaigns
  • Preparing funding and grants applications for small and medium enterprises to access millions of dollars of Government funding
  • Teaching Business English in Rio De Janeiro

Rochelle has lived, travelled and worked extensively abroad and endeavours to bring a 'think global act local' attitude to creating resilient communities through her inspirational  approach to maintaining a positive vision and a results oriented focus.

Assistant Professor at Bond University

Nicole's career has encompassed the areas of Business Finance, Human Resources, Project Management, Academia and is an experienced Town Planner.  In addition, Nicole is an Assistant Professor at Bond University where she teaches students across the development professions subjects relating to Urban Design, Town Planning generally, Development Assessment, and Sustainability.

Nicole's passion is creating amazing places for people to live and enjoy whilst sharing her knowledge to help break down planning red tape within the industry. Nicole is active within the development industry sitting on a number of professional Boards and Committees, and participates in workshops and focus groups at both the local and State government levels. 

Nicole's experience includes:
  • 10+ years experience in the development industry including local government and town planning consultancy
  • Extensive experience working on a range of projects from small scale subdivision through to large master planned communities and high-rise development 
  • Broad experience across the development sector including:

      • residential (subdivision and material change of use)
      • commercial
      • industrial
      • rural

    • Lecturer and researcher at Bond University looking at Pet-friendly Cities and Cultural Capital

    • Preparing funding and grants applications to access millions of dollars of Government funding

    • Excellent negotiation skills and a client focussed attitude

    Nicole seeks to provide a highly professional and customer focussed service to her clients.
